Student Details Upload Form

To prepare for you starting your course, we will need to check your ID, and have a photo of you so SEM staff know who you are.
These files will be deleted from our system after your study ends in line with our Privacy Policy.

If you would prefer not to submit your documents online, you can bring ID with you on lesson 1 that a SEM staff member will visually check, along with taking a photo of you for our system. Please be aware that if you forget your ID on lesson 1 then we cannot let you start your lesson.

  • e.g. Recent utility bill / bank statement / tenancy agreement. Only needed if you are on a direct monthly or termly instalment plan with SEM.
