Thank you for your order. What happens now?
Your order will be processed by the SEM Office, to check that you have been/are a diploma student, and that if you are a current student that your fees are up to date. Once this is confirmed:
Orders are placed on the 1st of each month with Native Instruments.
Software products (Komplete and Komplete Ultimate) are delivered boxed, so will take the same time to arrive as hardware such as Kontrol and Maschine. Please allow approximately 10 working days from SEM ordering on the 1st, as orders need to be processed and sent directly from Native Instruments distribution centre in Germany.
We hope these products reach us in a timely manner but we cannot rule out that a delay might occur as SEM are dealing directly with distribution.
We will notify you via email as soon as your hardware arrives. Please collect this from the SEM office between 10am – 6pm, Monday – Friday, or outside of this Tech Support will be able to assist. We keep prices low by not adding additional postage to you. Should you want us to post this to your address, we will request an additional fee.
